By installing and using SpacePoints, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please uninstall the app.

2. Service Description

SpacePoints provides:

• Discount code validation through LeBrands.Space integration
• Automatic Shopify discount code creation
• Customer-facing widget for code redemption
• Analytics and reporting dashboard

3. Your Responsibilities

As a merchant using SpacePoints, you agree to:

• Maintain valid LeBrands.Space API credentials
• Configure discount percentages appropriately
• Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service
• Not abuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the service

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

5. Pricing and Billing

SpacePoints pricing is provided through the Shopify App Store. Charges are billed through your Shopify account.

6. Data and Privacy

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. By using SpacePoints, you consent to data processing as described.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpacePoints is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue due to service interruptions
• Errors in discount code validation
• Issues with third-party integrations (LeBrands.Space, Shopify)

8. Termination

You may uninstall SpacePoints at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
