Q: How do I get a LeBrands.Space API key?

A: Contact LeBrands.Space support directly to obtain your API key. Once you have it, configure it in the SpacePoints dashboard under "Settings".

Q: Why isn't my widget showing on my store?

A: Ensure you've activated the SpacePoints theme extension in your Shopify theme editor (Customize → App embeds → SpacePoints).

Q: Can I customize the discount percentage?

A: Yes! Go to the SpacePoints dashboard → Merchant Settings to configure your discount percentage (5%-30%).

Q: How do I uninstall the app?

A: Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Installed apps → SpacePoints → Delete. All your data will be automatically deleted within 48 hours.

Q: What data does SpacePoints collect?

A: We only collect data necessary for discount validation: shop domain, customer emails (when codes are used), and order values. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Troubleshooting

Issue: "Network error" in widget

Solution: This usually means the app needs reinstallation to complete OAuth. Visit the SpacePoints dashboard and follow the authentication prompts.

Issue: Discounts not being created

Solution: Verify your LeBrands.Space API key is configured correctly and the discount code is valid in the LeBrands.Space system.
